Booking an Appointment

Please contact me and we can discuss which therapy is suitable for you over the telephone. I offer both daytime and evening appointments, Monday to Saturday, to suit busy people.    For a mobile visit I will bring all the necessary equipment with me (it may take a little extra time to unload and reload this).  The treatment will be more beneficial for you if you remain fairly quiet and we are not interrupted during the session. It is also easier for me to work as I am able to concentrate on the treatment and thus it will be more effective.   Please be on time as I have other appointments to keep.  

 

Where do you give treatments?

I cover Bosham, Southbourne, Hambrook, Chidham, West and East Ashling, Fishbourne and a few other areas around the area west of Chichester.  Please note for my mobile therapist visits I will need to come to your home or place of work and will need to park very close by as my equipment is heavy (Reflexology/Indian Head Massage only) - please note if I need to pay for parking then this will be charged at cost on top of the treatment price.   I can also arrange for treatments to be given at Bosham House (Hamblin Trust).   

 

Payment

Please note, payment for each treatment is required after the initial consultation (if treatment can proceed - if it cannot no charge will be incurred) and before treatment commences.  The prices are located here, along with a brief description (for longer descriptions please see the pages for each therapy).  I do not offer credit.  You will be issued with a receipt upon payment.  

 

Cancellation or Rearranging Appointments

Please note, I require 24 hours of notice on cancellation or re-arrangement of an appointment  (cancellations cost me time and money as I still have to pay for the room hire so I hope you can do this as a basic courtesy).  If  I cancel an appointment I will endeavour to do so with 24 hours of notice. You will either be offered another appointment or be able to cancel with a refund of any monies that  have been incurred. At times I may be late due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. traffic delays or illness but will aim to contact you as soon as is possible to inform you or rearrange your treatment session.
