My name is Elizabeth. I became interested in complementary and holistic therapies due to my own health experiences and that of family and friends. I value allopathic/mainstream healthcare but I believe that sometimes we need to have a little extra help in our lives.
I have worked as a P.A./secretary so am aware of how many stresses and strains can occur in the workplace. As a mother and former Speech and Language Therapy/learning assistant I am very interested in how complementary therapies can benefit families to live more holistic lifestyles and improve their wellbeing. I enjoy all aspects of holistic therapies in order to help my clients achieve the correct balance in their lives. My experience ranges from working with young children to people in their nineties, from full-time mums, teachers, sailing enthusiasts, horse riders to full-time City workers and CEOs. I believe passionately that my role is to work alongside an individual’s own healing processes. I adapt the treatments to each person and use my knowledge and skills in a holistic manner. I am fully qualified and have done advanced training as I believe that complementary therapies are part of a serious and professional career path.
