Springtime Holistics offers a range of complementary therapies, all delivered by Elizabeth Plant, a fully qualified therapist. I specialise in Massage Therapy and Reflexology and am undertaking further training in Clinical Massage which will lead to a BTEC Level 6.

All the products I use are vegetarian-friendly. I can also utilise vegan-friendly products in the treatments I offer (please request this). None of the products I use are animal tested nor have been.

NYR is an independent company, and its products are free from many of the nasty ingredients found in many other brands that cause problems, such as parabens, synthetic, fragrances and aluminium! I also offer a Party Plan in the local area with NYR Organic. Party hosts receive a free product and a mini facial. About You
My clients are typically (though not exclusively) women aged between 21 and 70. They are usually high achievers, who want to succeed, or have done already, in their chosen career or lifestyle, and are often self-employed, juggling full and part-time work, or are busy as stay-at-home mums. They are fed up of feeling exhausted and are looking for ways to optimise their wellbeing and that of their family. Their interests are wanting to lead a healthy and balanced lifestyle. They understand that massage and other complementary therapies are essential maintenance.
Free Community Giveback Massage Offer
Every other month Springtime Holistics will be giving 1 person a half hour session for free (Reflexology or Indian Head Massage). If you are in the group selected and you book in time I buy your FREE treatment valued at £25. This is my way to say thank you to certain groups of people who do a lot for our community and to ensure that even in this economic downturn I will be doing my bit to make the world a kinder place to live in. This offer is strictly limited to only the first person who reserves a slot by phone. After that, if I have room on my schedule, I may offer an additional 2 people sessions at half price. There's no gimmick, no catch, no further obligation... just my way of giving back to the community that supports me, my family, friends and neighbours!
Terms and conditions: sessions are held at either Bosham House, Bosham or another location in Bosham (e.g. Home visit). To be eligible, you must live or work in the Bosham and downland village area and be 18 or over. You will need to prove that you work in the defined category. Only one free session per person per year.
In January 2012 the chosen community category was Teachers and Classroom Assistants. If your category is mentioned then please call 01243 576016 ASAP to reserve your booking (emails do not count!). The free session needs to be scheduled in the month of the offer - remember it's limited to 2 sessions so the sooner you contact me the more likely you are to get the booking.
