Springtime Holistics offer wellness services through complementary therapies including reflexology, massage therapy and holistic health coaching. I use a heart-centred approach, guiding you to take good care of yourself. I draw on my skills and knowledge of relaxation and remedial bodywork techniques to help people living with pain related conditions from muscle tension and those experiencing stress and anxious feelings to manage these. You will be supported to:

Your in person therapy sessions now comprise an online or telephone consultation several days before your hands-on appointment plus you will need to complete a covid screening form.
Please make sure you read my Covid-19 protocols before you book. Please do not attend if you feel unwell. Please bring a mask to wear as we are in close contact services.

Massage Therapy
Ease tension, increase flexibility and help reduce muscular pain and stress. Focus areas can be treated to remediate soft tissue problems.

Balance & Restore Back Massage
A session focused on your back, neck and shoulders designed to relieve stress in these areas. High stress as well as working at a desk can both contribute to tension in your back so this treatment is designed to leave you feeling more relaxed (and at ease) as you go about your busy day.

Pregnancy Massage
Prenatal massage therapy is a wonderful way to cope with adjustments and ease the discomfort of pregnancy. A massage can help bring about a sense of wellbeing through relaxation.

Consultation
A thorough consultation is given to each patient/client to ensure that the treatment and care are suitable. It will also allow me to check for any cautions or contraindications.

Health Coaching
Health coaching is a process in which the coachee is educated and supported to cultivate positive health choices so that they can achieve their goals through lifestyle and behaviour changes.

Wellness Programs
Receive support and mindset mentoring to optimise your health through individualised food and lifestyle changes that meet your own unique needs and wellness goals.

Helping Hands
This treatment combines massage and hand reflexology in order to relieve tired and achey hands.


Colour Therapy
Gentle yet potent therapy that works to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance, help with relaxation and improve wellbeing.

Mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and gratitude practices alongside complementary therapies can all help with this.

Essential Oils
Essential oils are the concentrated extracts of plants, such as lavender , frankincense and peppermint. The application of essential oils is part of aromatherapy.
