The simplest steps are often what can bring you the most success. It is the repetition of doing the things that work, and not just thinking about doing them, so that they become good habits that can lead you to reaching your goals. The more you do them the easier they are to do. Goals do not have to be huge either.
If you stay in your headspace and only think about what you want and are going to do then you will not manifest a version of reality that you need and want. If you start to take the actions you need to and keep them consistent then you will make progress. Having a health coach alongside you to help with your mindset and who can mentor and guide you as you make changes can increase your potential and confidence.
