How to do a Body Scan

This video will teach you how to do a basic holistic body scan. This is an excellent technique to use for mindfulness and meditation. You can also learn how to do this in more depth with a one-to-one session that you can book where I talk you through a body scan with guided visualisation and breathing through colour. You will feel very relaxed afterwards and it makes a great practice to incorporate into your life that you can use when you need to reduce your stress levels and be in more tune with yourself. At present this is available online via Zoom wherever you live. It is under my Relax with Colour Therapy section.
