This video will teach you how to do a basic holistic body scan. This is an excellent technique to use for mindfulness and meditation. You can also learn how to do this in more depth with a one-to-one session that you can book where I talk you through a body scan with guided visualisation and breathing through colour. You will feel very relaxed afterwards and it makes a great practice to incorporate into your life that you can use when you need to reduce your stress levels and be in more tune with yourself.
