Disclaimer: Please note I am unable to diagnose medical conditions, nor am I able to offer medical advice. Complementary/holistic therapies, such as Indian Head Massage and Reflexology, are not intended to replace medical advice or medical treatment, nor do they claim to “cure”. If you have an issue of a medical nature that is giving you concern then please contact your G.P. first and foremost.
Please note, under UK law no one may attend a mother unless he or she is a registered midwife or doctor until 10 days after the birth - therefore I prefer to wait until two weeks have passed to ensure no confusion arises.

Elizabeth Plant Dip. VTCT IIHHT PTTLLS is a holistic complementary practitioner working in the Bosham village area, to the west of Chichester.
My work is truly holistic in that my goal is to treat the whole you using complementary therapies. I practice bodywork through massage therapy and reflexology and also energy modalities such as crystal and colour therapy.
Regular complementary therapy treatments should be viewed as a way towards being proactive about your own health and wellbeing. If you work hard you should be kind to yourself and have regular therapies.
Massage and my other complementary therapies may help you.

Seasonal Tips
Spring lambs are frisking in the fields and the dawn chorus is well underway. It’s a good idea to get outdoors for a little bit everyday, even if you have to wrap up warm, to get some natural daylight. It’s a good idea to eat seasonal produce (try Wayside Organics in Oving to the east, or Tuppeny Barn Organics in Southbourne, to the west) to get your minimum of 5-a-day. Check that you are drinking enough water. Also, if you’ve not been looking after your skin, now is the time to moisturise; it’s worth using a facial oil as well (try the NYR Organic range here).
