Gomashio

Ingredients


Sea Salt - 1 teaspoon

Sesame seeds - 6 tablespoons


You take 1 tspn salt, dry heat it in a frying pan (skillet?) so it goes brown.

Grind that down with a pestle and mortar.

Then take 18 tspns of sesame seeds (which is 3 tspns to a tbspn I believe - 6 tbspns) and dry toast them in the frying pan too until they brown and smell really nutty.

Grind them down too and mix with the salt.
