On several courses I have taken something we were taught at the start to focus on something we wish to achieve that may be separate to the qualification. At the start of the new year many people set goals yet often these are not achieved as they have not done the work nor made the plans to put in place support and to unblock anything that may prevent us from making changes.

I prefer to put in place one word on the 1st January of each year that acts as my guide for the year.

What will your word be?
