Hand Reflexology for Sinuses

At this time of year a lot of people are feeling the effects of flower pollen.

Whilst reflexology cannot claim to cure any medical conditions, we do find that hand reflexology can be a useful way to support people living with them

The sinus reflexes on the hands are the finger tip areas. Using your thumb of the opposite hand and index finger gently squeeze the finger tip of the opposite hand on the fleshy palm side.
