Upgrade your breakfast 1
If you have white toast for breakfast this may not be the healthiest way to start your day.
An easy way to upgrade is to use a real sourdough bread and add some sliced banana and raspberries, along with a natural live plain yoghurt. This can supply you with some much needed fibre, antioxidants and fibre. You can also add a small handful of whole nuts. This will fill you up for longer and keep you more stable during the morning until lunch.
