Autumn Cinnamon Pecan special

Pecan & Cinnamon energy balls


  • 40g Pecan & Cinnamon Purition

  • 1 cup pitted dates

  • 1 cup mixed unsalted nuts

  • 1 tablespoon of your favourite type of milk or melted coconut oil (if needed)


  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Whizz them up to your preferred texture.

  3. Then roll the mixture into balls.

  4. Chill these in the fridge.
